(一)Homeowners are required to bring their original ID card, driver's license, or passport on the day of accommodation, provide personnel for verification and registration, and inform them of the booking order number to facilitate accurate and fast service for you.
(二)After the reservation is completed, if you want to change the reservation date, room type or number of rooms, please contact our hotel staff for assistance. However, the reservation date, room type and number of rooms can only be changed 3 days before the check-in date (excluding the accommodation day), and no additional handling fee will be charged.
(三)The same order can only be changed once, and the changed order will not be accepted for check-out (cancellation).
(四)On the day of booking accommodation, if unable to check in due to uncontrollable natural disasters (based on the judgment criteria issued by the Taichung City Government), it is necessary to contact the hotel personnel by phone on the "check-in day" first, and then cancel the reservation unconditionally according to regulations. If you do not check in according to the booking date without reason, according to the regulations, you will not be able to refund the booking fee already received.
(五)Children under 110cm in height do not need to be charged additional fees without an extra bed.
(六)The website indicates that the booking price may vary depending on the date, room type, and project discounts. Please confirm carefully before deciding on booking and payment.

(八)The relevant policies for telephone booking are the same as those for online booking.
When canceling a reservation, a check-out fee will be charged in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
(一) Those who arrive on the day of booking or fail to notify will not receive a full refund.
(二)Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled accommodation date (excluding the day of check-in) will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate.
(三) Cancellations made 4-7 days before the scheduled accommodation date (excluding the day of check-in) will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the room rate.
(四) Cancellations made 8 days before the scheduled accommodation date (excluding the day of check-in) will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the room rate.
